Robert "Bob" Reynolds is a former drug addict who was a test subject of Project Sentry, an operation by O.X.E. designed to create the ultimate superhero. Reynolds survived the experiments and gained immense power, but was erroneously deemed a failure and sent to the O.X.E. Vault for disposal. He was freed during a conflict between Yelena Belova, U.S. Agent and Ghost, and joined them to escape.
