Seamus "Sledge" Cowden

Seamus "Sledge" Cowden is an Attacking Operator featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. He has medium armour and mobility, and carries a specialized Tactical Breaching Hammer, known as "The Caber", which can breach through most structures.

Born in John O'Groats, Scotland, on 2 April 1982, Seamus Cowden hails from the upper tip of the Scottish Highlands. Due to his imposing physical stature and athleticism, he found early success as Captain of the 1998 Scotland National under-20 Rugby Union Team. Having a strong desire for public service, it inspired Cowden to enlist in the army at 18 where he was assigned to the 3rd Division. After five years of active duty, he was recruited by the SAS.

A natural leader, he holds the all-time speed and strength record for the SAS qualifying physical exam. He prefers to be the point person on operations, ready to create a path for his teammates with one swing of his tactical breaching hammer.
