Kou Taiki / Sailor Star Maker

Sailor Star Maker is one of the three Sailor Starlights, and is the Senshi identity of Kou Taiki. She was the guardian of Kinmoku and Princess Kakyuu along with the other Starlights. This is the first animated depiction of the original manga character.
