Ryan Phan

Ryan Phan is a college student and the roommate of Carter Davis who's currently working on his thesis at Bayfield University. He designed and built the Sisyphus Quantum Cooling Reactor with his labmates Samar Ghosh and Dre Morgan. His invention started the time loop that trapped Tree Gelbman on September 18, 2017. On September 19, 2017, he was caught in a time loop until his and his labmates' second dimension counterparts closed the loop.
