Rozelstine

Rozelstine is a Rune Knight from Noblesse Exaltée.

The dreaded king of vampires who rules over their nation of Noblesse Exaltée. A capricious, beautiful being of immense power who has lived for untold years. Displeased with Old Abyssloa but refusing to join the coalition opposing them in the war 200 years ago, he wreaked havoc on the empire as an independent actor. He presently has a policy of isolation, having little interest in human affairs.
