Rochell'le is a famous R&B/hip hop singer during the course of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. She does not appear in the game, and is only mentioned in Rockstar Games' promotional site "Forgotten Legends of Westcoast Rap".
She began her career by singing R&B Ballads and Love Songs titled Dreamin, My Dream Came True and Dream Rap, and her image is described as "all tea parties and teddy bears". This is based on R&B singer Mariah Carey, the bestselling artist of the 1990s, and her self-titled 1990- debut.
