Robin Program (Absolute)

The Robin Program is a paramilitary force created by the Joker to fight Batman.

The members of the Robin Program are orphans, wards of the state and former juvenile delinquents raised in Gotham City children's homes funded by the Joker. After former mayor Jim Gordon's apparent murder by Batman, the Robin Program was announced, ostensibly to restore safety to the city and serve as a symbol of hope to the people.

The team is divided between giant mecha pilots Robin-1 (Dick Grayson) and Robin-2 (Jason Todd); and the ground team of Robin-3 (Tim Drake), Robin-4 (Stephanie Brown) and Robin-5 (Duke Thomas) who wear human-sized suits of powered armour.
