Pappy Banner was the leader of The Hulk Gang, who turned out to be mostly his grandchildren.
When the atomic bomb was set off over California, Bruce was nearby, and the extra radiation made him do questionable things. He became a Super-Villain, and eventually mated with his first cousin, Jenny She-Hulk, to create inbred cannibalistic descendants.
