Rick Flag, Sr.

General Richard Bill "Rick" Flag, Sr. is a highly decorated general in the United States Armed Forces, the Director of A.R.G.U.S., and the father of the late Rick Flag, Jr.. Due to Circe's invasion on Pokolistan, Flag was recruited by Director Amanda Waller to serve as the leader and field commander of Creature Commandos in order to protect Princess Ilana Rostovic, who eventually seduced him sexually, but after Circe showed a vision of an apocalyptic future brought about by Rostovic, Flag allied with Eric Frankenstein to prevent the Princess's assassination, although he ended up being wounded by Clayface and taken to a hospital, where he managed to warn Waller, but his investigation contributed to the discovery of Rostovic's sinister plot and her assassination at the hands of the Bride of Frankenstein.
