Richter Belmont (Nocturne)

Richter Belmont is a character and main protagonist of the Netflix original animated series, Castlevania: Nocturne. He is a young, powerful and cunning descendant of the Belmont lineage of vampire hunters, and current owner of the whip. After his mother was murdered by a vampire in front of his eyes when he was a child, he grew up to become one of the most powerful warriors in his family line. He lives with Tera and her daughter Maria Renard in a small cottage on the hills in Machecoul, France. Both him and Maria, a skillful young witch, fight the increasing numbers of vampires that have started to appear in the land, as well as to bring justice and equality to its inhabitants.

He is voiced by Edward Bluemel.
