Richard "Utsumi" Wong

A very mysterious man who works at Schaft Japan. He is in charge of the Griffon project. He seems to smile all the time and gives off the impression he's happy-go-lucky, but in fact he's very calculating, eccentric and cunning, and will stop at nothing to get the desired result.
