Rhelmar

Rhelmar is an elven archer and a companion of The Hero who is initially met outside the village of Valvenor. Upon asking who he is and where he is from, Rhelmar initially claims that he is 'connected to the royal family,' but 'so far from the line of succession' that he would hold no influence.
