Reilly's Rangers is a mercenary group in the Capital Wasteland operating out of the Ranger Compound near Seward Square, deep within the ruins of Washington, DC. While a mercenary force, Reilly's Rangers are somewhat altruistic and operate according to a strict set of morals.
