Regius

Regius is the Tenki Star in Genso Suikoden: The Woven Web of a Century. Instead of saying that he's a calm and collected man that never lets his emotions shown, it's more appropriate to say that he doesn't feel any emotion. A man who strongly desires to learn the truths of the world. He introduces himself as the Hero’s strategist. He’s comfortable with using any means necessary to learn the truth. He’s a strategic genius, his might in battle is high, and he even fights on the front lines.

20 years prior to the start of the game, he worked for Ground Insect, a secret organization working for Aionia. Sometimes between then and the start of the game, he left the organization for a reason unknown. At some point, he found and rescued Gizellega, who was captured by humans to become a pet. Since then, he taught Gizellega his ninja skills and ways to gather information, something that the younger seemed to be proficient at.
