Regis

Mayor Regis (or Regis) is the leader of a small village Arlia in the south of the continent of Cross. He is the political leader of Arlia and generally responsible for its well-being. He has no known family. Regis is on familiar terms with Westa and Rena Lanford, the late Flac family, and most of Arlia. He is quite old and walks with a cane.
