Rania

Rania is the Chisa Star in Suikoden V. Rania is Rahal's sister. She makes the flute used by the Dragon Cavalry. Normally, Dragon Horses only respond to the flute of their master, but when Rania played the flute the Dragon Horses is responding and it made Rania special. Rania can hear things and makes sound no other human can.
