Ranger X

Casey Jones is a vigilante in New York City and an ally of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He also led the Ninja Rangers after the Mighty Morphin team lost their ability to morph. Later, in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II, Casey was kidnapped by Shredder & Krang, who brainwashed him & turned him into the evil Ranger X.
