Rachel Amber is a student at Blackwell Academy. The friend of Chloe Price, she was a resident of Arcadia Bay, Oregon before moving out to Los Angeles. Six months prior, Rachel disappears before the return of Max Caulfield. Concerned about her wellbeing, Chloe begins a Missing Persons campaign in the hopes to find her.
