Quon Kisaragi

From "RahXephon" anime, Quon is the younger sister of Itsuki Kisaragi, head of TERRA'S Scientific Analysis Department. She is a mysterious girl, who wears a life module around her chest and murmurs words that sound like poetry every so often.
