Phil Cassidy is a recurring character in Grand Theft Auto series who appears in every 3D Universe title except for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto Advance. He is the tritagonist of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, a main character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Grand Theft Auto III. Phil was voiced by Gary Busey in GTA VC and GTA VCS, and by Hunter Platin in GTA III, his voice actor in GTA LCS is unaccredited.
