A Silicon Creature. She is one of Davine lu linvega's lieutenants (along with Schiff and Blon). Despite that most Silicon Creatures have some deformed features and a generally unbalanced appearance, PCell looks almost entirely human. Nevertheless she has very high combat capabilities and undoubtedly is one of the strongest opponents Killy and Cibo have to face.
