Paul Davis

Major Paul Davis is a person who goes by the book for which he is respected by his fellow workers. As a liaison between Stargate Command and The Pentagon, he is often seen at the SGC, helping Stargate Command when they come in conflict with other nations on Earth and other portions of the United States government.
