Owain (The Expanse)

Owain is a old belter who lives on Ceres Station with his cat Lucky Earther. He was speaking to journalist Monica Stuart when an explosion hit the Ceres docks, and he ran into the devastated area to help the injured. Afterward, he told Monica he does not hate anyone. He simply wants access to air, water, and a good life for his children. Owain then says its not simply inners vs Belters but just those that want hate vs those that want to live. He states he is tired of the hate and can't wash his hands with no water.
