Observer (Relayer)

Observer is a major character in Relayer, appearing as both a supporting character and a major antagonist. He is an inspector working for the United Earth Government and is sent by them to observe the Asterism. Despite being tied to the Government, he also has a connection to the Relayers and the Starchildren, the latter of which he has a deep love and respect for. Everything about him is a mystery, from his motivations to his true allegiance. A notable aspect about him is his mask, which conceals the scar on his face.
