Norm the Genie

Norm the Genie is a minor antagonist in The Fairly OddParents. He constantly hatches plans to gain his freedom and get his revenge on Timmy, although they fail miserably every time. He is trapped in a lamp made of Smoof. He was voiced by and named after the late Norm Macdonald, his first voice actor, and by Robert Cait in his final appearance.
