Noel

Noel is one of the Seven Heroes and one of the main antagonists from Romancing SaGa 2 and Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven. He is one of the leaders of the Seven Heroes, and the person who initially started the group. Of the Seven Heroes, Noel is considered the most noble and rational of the group. Noel is Wagnas' closest friend and the brother of Rocbouquet.

Noel can be found in the Wandering Lake, a mirage city within the Melu Desert. The city itself changes location, determined by a random variable dependent upon the number of battles the players have had.
