Charlie Graham / Night Howl

Charlie Graham is a BSAA operator who took part in a special operation in a mountain village in Eastern Europe. He went by the codename "Night Howl" in Chris Redfield's elite unit Hound Wolf Squad.

Nothing is really known about Charlie nor his past except that he is a expert in communications. Although his last name is Graham, it is unknown whether he is related to Ashley Graham or her father President Graham.
