Nel Zelpher is one of the main characters of Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. Leader of the Secret Legion, she faithfully serves the Queen of Aquaria and is responsible for intelligence gathering in Airyglyph territory. Intensely loyal to her queen and country, Nel is a skilled fighter who uses daggers and runology.
