Neira

Neira is the Tenki Star in Suikoden Tierkreis. Neira is the High Priestess and leader of the Porpos-kin. She is devoted to the Sea Goddess, Ninulneda. Neira can summon the spirit of Ninulneda to speak to the Porpos, which make Neira highly respected and feared by her kind.
