Anime: Barakamon
In my humble opinion, Naru is one of the best written child characters in anime, ever.
She’s just beyond precious, always buzzing around and trying to make everyone happy.
She seemed like a nuisance at the very beginning to the protagonist. But let’s be honest, she was a fan favorite 10 seconds into her introduction.
You add to that the fact that she teaches Handa how to color outside of the lines and you get an A list character.
