Baron Zemo (Marvel Zombies)

Following the Zombie outbreak, Baron Zemo took control of the Raft and turned it into a floating fortress, with Walker serving as his right-hand man. Zemo managed to survive for five years by feeding some of his passengers satisfy Namor and his Talokanil.
