Det. Michael Hitchcock

Detective Michael Hitchcock is an enthusiastic but clueless detective who has been best friends and partners with Detective Scully for over 30 years. Despite their inept nature, Hitchcock and Scully have both shown on occasion to be competent and even good detectives, though their laziness tends to keep them from demonstrating this most of the time.
