Melto

Melto (メルト Meruto) is RyusoulBlue (リュウソウブルー Ryūsō Burū), the Blue Ranger of the Ryusoulgers and second-in-command to RyusoulRed. He is 209 years old. In episode 47, he told Kleon to create the second Satan Minosaur from him in a bid to escape Eras' captivity, and temporarily became the host of it until its defeat.
