Matthias

Matthias is an unaffiliated Rune Knight in Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia.

Matthias is an alchemist with an uncanny aura. After causing the unfortunate deaths of his Barrett wife and half-Barrett daughter while researching on how to improve the Anmana drug, he was driven mad. He now devotes himself to the research of forbidden curses like a man possessed. As a result, his body is slowly being eaten by poison and deadly curses, though he pays none of that any heed. To him, the best battlefields are those that provide him with more raw materials for his living-body experiments.
