Martha

Martha is the Chizen Star in Suikoden III. Martha sells lottery tickets near the entrance of Budehuc Castle. She has owned the shop for ages and is very knowledgeable in the trade, and seems to even have some sort of deal going with Piccolo to get more customers to participate in her lottery and lose. Shady business deals aside, she has been at the castle among the longest of anybody, and she is well versed in its history.
