Mai Takano

Mai Takano appears in Koji Suzuki's novels and in three of the four Ring films (Ring, Rasen and Ring 2). Appearing as Ryuji Takayama's girlfriend in the novels, Mai teams up with Mitsuo Ando to investigate his sudden death. In the films, she is Ryuji's university student and is the main protagonist in Ring 2.
