Lock is a small trick-or-treating boy who dresses like a devil. He hangs around with Shock and Barrel and is the supposed leader of the group but actually appears to be just the second most intelligent. They are the henchmen of Oogie Boogie but are not compltely loyal to him, and sometimes they run errands for Jack too. They all love to make mischief in Halloween Town. Lock wears all red, and a mask that somewhat matches his own face. His costume includes this mask as well as a small tail and his red hair seems to be gelled into horns. His estimated age is six. He often has quarrels with Shock and Barrel and doesn't like it when he is insulted or disrespected (such as when Shock tells him to shut up).
