Lady LovelyLocks is the princess of LovelyLocks Land. She takes care of everyone and everything in the kingdom, including the weather! The kingdom actually literally goes to pieces without her. Storms will come up and people will starve!

Lady LovelyLocks always has to be on the look-out for Duchess RavenWaves' attempts to get some of her magical hairlocks and take over the kingdom, but she has a mysterious hero who always shows up just in time to save her and disappears again before she can get a good look at him or find out who he is.
