Kiddy Phenil

Character from Silent Möbius anime and manga series.

A native of Australia, originally a member of Tokyo's police force, Kiddy Phenil was in pursuit of a Megadyne cyborg named Wire. When she caught up with him, however, she was nearly cut to pieces by him.

Desperate to save her life, doctors had rebuilt Kiddy using the same cybernetic technology as Wire. As a result, she hates the thought that she may be related to her near killer.

Sometime after her operation, she was recruited by Rally Cheyenne as a member of the Attacked Mystification Police (A.M.P.), a new force dedicated to attacking the race known as Lucifer Hawk. However, the Tokyo Police Force mistrusts the A.M.P., especially Ralph Bonners. Her relationship with Ralph was at first confrontational, but in time the two fell in love with each other.

As a cyborg, Kiddy is immensely strong. However, she is also headstrong and has a short fuse. She also has a bad habit of sleepwalking (rather sleep FIGHTING), as Katsumi Liqueur found out when she needed a place to stay when she joined the A.M.P.. At first, Kiddy had mistrusted Katsumi, but in time became close friends with her, even after Katsumi had joined with Ganossa and had injured Kiddy.
