Dr. Katherine "Kat" Manx is the chief technical expert for Power Rangers S.P.D. (Space Patrol Delta), and a master of many sciences. She is a humanoid alien with cat-like features, and responsible for the invention of all Ranger technology at S.P.D.'s Earth Base, from the Judgment Scanner to the Delta Command Megazord.
