Kai Shion

Kai Shion is a supporting character in the Ranger Reject series. He was an Independent Cadet in Bailong's Nest, and was supposed to fail after his key was successfully taken by Sentōin D, but after managing to kill one of Peltrola's clones with Eigen Urabe, he was given a supplementary pass, and was recruited into the Red Battalion as a Rankless Ranger.
