Cosima Bellini, A.K.A. Joule, is a M.A.Y.H.E.M. field agent and member of the strike team Bombshells, alongside Rama and Red Card. Her signature is a lightning rifle.

The daughter of a titan in the fashion world and one of the most brilliant engineering minds in Europe, Cosima worked hard to live up to both her parents' legacies. When L.E.G.I.O.N. went after her father's work her parents went into hiding, but Cosima went to the front lines and joined M.A.Y.H.E.M.

She is voiced by Anna Vocino.
