Jasmine

Jasmine is an arms dealer known by Leo, who has done deals with her previously. After escaping from prison Leo and Vincent contacted Jasmine to obtain weapons necessary to take down Harvey.

Unbeknownst to the duo, Jasmine calls Sean from a pay phone, who reports to Harvey that they're heading his way, betraying Leo in the process.
