Jack Kelso

Jack Kelso is a former United States Marine and investigator. He had a history with Cole Phelps from the Battle of Okinawa and after the war was discharged from the Marine Corps. Kelso became a claims investigator for California Fire and Life, before being fired and later was subsequently hired as an investigator for the District Attorney's office.
