Iskas

Iskas is a major antagonist in Suikoden Tactics. A high ranking member of the Patriarchal Faction, Iskas launched a major rebellion on the crown, using the power of Eye Cannons to kill several prominent members of the Imperial Faction, including Emperor Julius; though unsuccessful in his attempt to seize power, his actions helped to cause the downfall of the Kooluk Empire.
