Ironhead (アイロンヘッド Aironheddo) is a boss in Cave Story. He is a large fish (or a killer whale in the remake's Halloween mode) that wears an iron helmet, hence the name. He is found in the Main Artery of the Waterway. After defeating Ironhead, Quote eventually finds himself in the Reservoir.
