Howard Saint was ruthless mobster. After his son was killed by the Frank Castle Howard ordered the whole man;s family killed to get vengeance. Thinking Castle to had died in the attack Saint was pleased. When the Toro brothers, a pair of Cuban mobsters, complain about a failed trade in Saint's territory, and a huge amount of money is lost, Howard realizes that Castle is still alive and on a personal vendetta against him.
