Hex Maniac is a Trainer Class introduced in Generation III. They are depicted as young females dressed up as witches and holding Poké Balls. They specialize in using Psychic- and Ghost-type Pokémon.
They are the female version of the Psychic trainer class, replacing female psychics in earlier games.

In X and Y, Valerie a Hex Maniac appears in Lumiose City telling the player about her presence.
