Helen Smith

Helen Smith (formerly Helen Smith-Lewis) is a recurring character on The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. She is portrayed by Jenifer Lewis. Helen is the third daughter of Eli, younger sister of Vy and Vivian, and older sister to Janice. Her ex-husband is Lester, with whom she has a son, Bobby. As Will’s maternal aunt and Vivian's sister, Helen is loud, confident, and direct. She is famous for playfully yet fiercely teasing her wealthy brother-in-law, Philip Banks, and bringing a high-energy, comedic force to every episode she is in. Unlike some of the more reserved family members, she speaks her mind without hesitation and matches Will's sharp tongue and quick wit.
