Hart

Hart is non-player character from Final Fantasy VII. He is the deputy mayor of Midgar under Mayor Domino.

In the original game, he is a minor character found outside of the mayor's office at the Shinra Building to give the player hints for the keycard mini-quest. In Final Fantasy VII Remake, his role is expanded, assisting Cloud and his friends when they meet Mayor Domino.
